1. Market Research & Demand Analysis - Our R&D team conducts in-depth global market research, analyzing industry trends, customer preferences, safety regulations and competitor products across the four product categories. We collect feedback from global agents, educational institutions and end-users to identify unmet needs—such as safer playground structures, more interactive educational toys, durable childcare supplies and high-performance safety floor mats. This step lays the foundation for targeted R&D, ensuring products are market-oriented and demand-driven.
2. Concept Design & Preliminary Planning - Based on market insights, the R&D team develops creative product concepts, integrating safety, functionality, innovation and aesthetics. For indoor & outdoor playgrounds, we focus on structural stability and playability; for tabletop educational toys, we emphasize developmental value and interactivity; for childcare supplies, we prioritize safety and practicality; for safety floor mats, we focus on shock absorption and anti-slip performance. 3. Prototype Development & Initial Testing - The team develops physical prototypes using advanced production equipment (injection molding, blow molding, precision cutting machines) to test product structure, functionality and safety. Each prototype undergoes initial internal testing: structural load-bearing tests for playground equipment, small-parts safety tests for educational toys, durability tests for childcare supplies and shock absorption tests for safety floor mats. This step identifies potential issues and ensures the prototype meets basic safety and performance requirements.
4. Design Optimization & Iteration - Combining feedback from the initial testing and the quality control (QC) team (20+ experts), the R&D team optimizes the prototype design. This includes adjusting product structure, improving material selection, enhancing safety features and refining appearance details. For example, optimizing playground slide angles for better safety, upgrading educational toy interactivity for better developmental value, or improving floor mat thickness for enhanced shock absorption. Multiple iterations are conducted until the prototype meets all safety, quality and functional standards.
5. Comprehensive Safety & Performance Testing - The optimized prototype undergoes strict, comprehensive testing by the QC team, complying with GB 6675, CE, ASTM F963 and other international safety standards. Testing covers material non-toxicity, mechanical strength, durability, impact resistance, choking hazard prevention (for toys) and environmental adaptability (for outdoor products). Only products that pass all tests proceed to the next stage, ensuring absolute safety for children.
6. Production Process Adaptation & Pilot Production - The R&D team collaborates with the production department to adapt the finalized design to the existing production lines, optimizing manufacturing processes (cutting, molding, assembly) to ensure mass production feasibility. A small batch of pilot production is carried out to test production efficiency, product consistency and quality stability. Any production-related issues are addressed promptly to ensure smooth mass production.
7. Mass Production Launch & Post-Launch Optimization - After successful pilot production, the product is officially launched into mass production.
